Dr. Jules Victor III MD
Dr. Jules Victor III is a Savannah native and has been a physician in Savannah for over thirty-five years. He completed his residency at Memorial Medical Center in 1975, serving as Chief Resident of Internal Medicine. He started private practice in 1979 joining his father Dr. Jules Victor Junior, a beloved and well-respected member of Savannah's Medical Community for over sixty years.
Dr. Jules Victor III continued in his father's footsteps of service to the Savannah community-serving as Chief of the Department of Internal Medicine of St. Joseph’s, and also as President of the Medical Staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital, just as his father had before him. He was one of the five founding members of Southcoast Medical Group and was appointed the Medical Director for Southcoast. Dr. Victor has brought to Savannah the most modern advances in cosmetic medicine, sophisticated cutting-edge laser technology and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement. He is certified by the Georgia State Board of Medical Examiners to perform all aspects of the Laser. Dr. Victor has attended multiple Professional Medical Aesthetic Training Workshops and has extensive experience in Botox and Juvederm cosmetic injection methods. He has graced the cover of Savannah Magazine, the South Magazine's Doctors Issue and is considered a pioneer in the Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement field.

Courtney Buntin Victor
Courtney Buntin Victor was born and raised in Savannah. She attended Savannah Country Day School and then went on to Vanderbilt University. Upon graduating in 2001, Courtney moved to New York City to follow her big city dreams and pursue her passion for fashion. There, she landed a coveted job with famed designer Michael Kors. After three years in New York, Courtney moved back South to Atlanta to work with Bridal designer Melissa Sweet- an experience that made her an excellent bridal beauty consultant. After working with hundreds of beautiful brides she moved back up North again- this time to Boston where she was hired to Head the Cosmetics Division for Barneys New York. Courtney's dream job came true as she had the opportunity to work with national make-up artists and the creators of the best skincare and color lines in the world! In her many travels around the globe she has become a spa connoisseur or as she likes to call herself, a "Spa-thority". But there is no place like home, and this Beauty Guru wanted to bring her experience and knowledge back to her favorite place on earth- Savannah! In June of 2007 she happily returned home to launch Glow MedSpa and Beauty Boutique where she is now thrilled to be working with her father, Dr. Jules Victor III. Since opening Glow, The spa trade publication, Les Nouvelles Spa and Esthetiques dubbed Courtney an industry leader in 2010, she was named "Top 40 Under 40" as a business leader and innovator by the Savannah Business Journal, GenerationNEXT by BiS Savannah Business Journal and Savannah Magazine as one of the Top 20 Future Savannah Business Leaders, a "Savannah Style Icon" by Savannah Magazine, and has graced the cover of Savannah Magazine's "Best of Savannah" issue. She has also been featured on South Magazine's "The Hot List" and in Savannah Magazine's Women In Business issue. She has appeared on WJCL, Fox29 and WSAV as a Beauty Expert and Correspondent. Courtney is a frequent contributor to the Savannah Magazine, South Magazine Blog, Style Me Pretty weighing in on a variety of beauty topics. Courtney does image consulting for NetJets, . Courtney's make-up artistry can be seen in Savannah Magazine, South Magazine, Martha Stewart Living, SCAD Style and on the runway in SCAD fashion shows. Glow won Best Spa and Best Facial in Savannah Magazine's Best Of Savannah poll in both 2009 and 2010, Best Massage by Connect Savannah and Greatest Medical Spa by South Magazine. When Courtney is not busy running Glow, she is involved in community service- she did the Tango to raise money for CASA for "Dancing With The Savannah Stars" in 2010 and was the Top Fundraiser- raising $25,000 for the charity. She is on the Silent Auction Comittee for The March of Dimes, is a member of the Telfair and William Jay Society and gives $12,000 in Spa Gift Certificates and donations every year to community causes and fundraisers. When not in Savannah Courtney can often be found in London, Paris, New York or Los Angeles on the road with renowned make-up artist, Martin Christopher Harper, assisting him with fashion shoots and at Fashion Weeks.
The Creation of Glow
Glow MedSpa was founded by Dr. Jules Victor III and his daughter Courtney.
In 2005, Dr. Victor opened Innovative Aesthetics, a Laser Center bringing the most advanced laser available in the world of Medical Aesthetics to Savannah. Innovative Aesthetics Laser Center brought advanced options for permanent hair removal, leg vein therapy, laser collagen rebuilding and laser acne treatments. In April 2007 Dr.Victor III and Courtney began developing the concept of taking the laser center and developing it into a Medspa and Beauty Boutique. Glow MedSpa and Beauty Boutique began when Courtney would return home to Savannah for visits and become discouraged at the lack of great cosmetics boutiques- the lines she loved that were in New York and L.A. had not made their way to Savannah yet. And Savannah’s medical spas seemed too, well…… medical. And the clinics too clinical! Can you really relax in a doctor’s office? Or a clinic? Courtney and Dr. Victor III wanted the advanced laser treatments available at Innovative Aesthetics to be just the beginning of the infinite options available to patients. The Laser technology has empowered skin-care therapists by creating medically based treatments that are non-invasive and powerfully effective. The Glow staff is the very best and most highly-trained Nurses, licensed Medical Estheticians, licensed Massage Therapists and professional Make-up Artists and deliver a level of customer service and detailed attention that is above and beyond any expectation. Glow Medspa and Beauty Boutique introduces an entirely new concept in cosmetic care. Our Medical Spa was named Glow because it is both a word used often in association with beauty and wellness and it is the essence of the way we want you to feel when you are our client.
