What is Glow's shipping method?
We ship using UPS Standard shipping. Your package will usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
How much does Glow charge for shipping?
Please see the chart below for shipping and handling charges within the Continental USA including Canada.
$0 - $100 $12
$101 - $200 $14
$201 - $300 $16
$301 - $400 $18
How much does Glow charge to overnight or 2-Day ship my package?
If the package is being overnighted or shipped 2-Day, the additional charges are as follows:
UPS 2-Day (Add $16)
UPS Overnight (Add $26)
UPS Overnight Saturday Delivery (Add $30)
How much does Glow charge to ship to Hawaii?
If the package is being shipped to Hawaii, there is an additional charge of $16.
Does Glow ship internationally?
Yes, however, due to many different international exporting rules, we will have to contact you via email regarding shipping to another country. Thank you very much and we will contact you shortly.
International customers should email us at contact@glowsavannah.com with questions.
What is Glow's sales tax policy for deliveries?
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries in Georgia. For deliveries outside of Georgia, sales tax is not collected.
What is Glow's return policy?
Unfortunately, we can NOT accept returns on:
opened cosmetics
discounted merchandise
If you would like to return a product that does not fall into these categories, we will be happy to send a replacement product(s) of your choice. Please ship your package back to us and include your original receipt, the reason for the return and what you would like us to exchange it for. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
Can Glow gift wrap my purchase?
Upon request, we are happy to wrap anything you choose, Complimentary! Please let us know what you would like gift-wrapped and if you would like the gift shipped directly to the recipient in the special instructions area of your order. If you would like to include a gift card with a message, please include the recipient's name, address, and your message.
