Question
Do I really need to use a separate eye cream, or will my everyday moisturizer do?
Answer
If you sell your eyes short, time will tell on you. Good eye creams contain a certain type of lipid, which boosts the sealing of moisture molecules into the thin and sensitive undereye skin. (And we all know by now that proper hydration levels are a key factor in the formation of collagen.) So yes, you should 'priorit-eyes'. I recommend My Favorite Eyes Cream from ColoreScience which also becomes and amazing undereye concealer, or for more mature skin and at night, Kinerase Ultra Rich Eye Repair. Many of my clients have alleviated dark circles and fine lines with these great eye creams. The ingredients work to stimulate collagen production, to thicken eye-area skin, effectively diminishing the visibility of fine, under-eye blood vessels and helping to plump up fine eye-area lines.
