Cancellation Policy

Because we especially reserved time and accommodations for you, we ask that you kindly give us a 24 hour advanced notification for any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. As is customary, failure to provide notice within the specified time will result in a charge of 100% of scheduled services. Same day cancellations, (including emergency situations, unless verified) will be charged 100% of scheduled services. Larger parties of two or more will require a 48 hour notice. If you are a no "glow"  it will also result in 100% charge of scheduled services.
