Courtney Buntin Victor

Upon graduating from Vanderbilt University in 2001, Courtney worked for Michael Kors corporate then Barneys New York where she oversaw the Cosmetics and Skincare Department. In June of 2007 she created Glow Medical Spa & Beauty Boutique. The Savannah Chamber Of Commerce named Glow Medical Spa Small Business Of The Year in 2010. Courtney was named “Top 40 Under 40” as a business leader and innovator by the Savannah Business Journal, GenerationNEXT by BiS Savannah Business Journal, Savannah Magazine named her one of the Top 20 Future Savannah Business Leaders, a “Savannah Style Icon” by Savannah Magazine and has graced the cover of Savannah Magazine’s “Best of Savannah” issue. Glow has been voted “Best Of Savannah” twelve years running and “Best Medical Spa” by Connect Savannah Magazine 9 years running. In 2018 Savannah Morning News named Glow “Best Medical Spa in the Coastal Empire”. Courtney has been featured on South Magazine’s “The Hot List” and in Savannah Magazine’s Women In Business issue. She has appeared on various television programs both locally and nationally as a Beauty and Anti-aging Expert. She served as the Beauty Director for Savannah Fashion Week and the Savannah Director for the SCAD Fashion Show. The Savannah Morning News and BiS Savannah Business Luncheon Series had her speak about her expertise in “Building A Beautiful Brand”. Marriott and Starwood Properties partnered with Glow to launch Glow at Perry Lane in June of 2018 and Glow Downtown opened in fall of 2018. The spa trade publication, Les Nouvelles Spa and Esthetiques has honored Courtney an industry leader for creating Glow and the business model that has made Glow such a huge success. She considers her greatest accomplishment the $350,000 that has been donated to local non-profits. Courtney was nominated for Woman Of The Year for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and serves on the committee for the St. Joseph’s Hospital and Telfair Museum.
