We recommend reservations at least one week in advance to ensure your preferred appointment time and service provider.

You can request an appointment online via our online scheduler and you can also speak to our virtual assistant Bo, who is happy to take your appointment request or answer your questions! To book with Bo, please open the chat button on the lower right hand side of your screen.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a Medical Spa, we require new and returning patients to complete or update their medical history information and consent for treatment.

We suggest that all patients receiving any of our facial treatments and/or skincare consultations arrive without makeup if possible.

Please do not wear contact lenses if you are receiving a lash or brow service, as you will need to remove them for any lifts, tints, or lamination procedures.

For clients receiving Laser Hair Removal services, we require the following: 

  • Please shave the treatment area – it is recommended to shave the day before your appointment.
  • No direct sun exposure, sun-beds (UV), or spray tans for as long as you are being treated (sun exposure can resume 48 hours after your final treatment)
  • No active tan lines around the treatment area
  • No open wounds, broken, or severely dry skin 
  • Skin must be clean, so please make sure you do not have any products, perfumes, lotions, etc on the treatment area
  • No waxing, tweezing, threading, or plucking during the full extent of treatment
  • Please list any medications you are currently taking or have taken within the last week on your general intake
  • You cannot undergo treatment if you are currently pregnant. 
  • You cannot undergo treatment if you are using any of the following at time of treatment: Retin-A, Retinols, or Accutane

Our scheduling is designed to allow the appropriate amount of time to complete your service. If you arrive late, we will need to shorten your treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient’s session can begin on time. If you are unable to arrive on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

Because we especially reserved time and accommodations for you, appointments that are 60 minutes or longer require a $50 deposit that will be used toward your service. We ask that you kindly give us a 24-hour advanced notification for any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments, or you will forfeit your deposit.

We understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment therefore our appointments are confirmed electronically. As a courtesy, we send out an email or text to confirm your service appointments 24 hours prior to your appointment date.

Please ensure we have the correct information on file for you, to make sure you are receiving important communications from us regarding your appointment(s).

This also helps to verify that your appointment is booked for the correct time and day. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals or missed appointments, and help us serve our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.

Spa treatments are available for all guests 18 years and older. Parental consent for spa treatments is required for guests under 18.

Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.

It is our mission to provide you with the highest quality of skin care products with your services. We will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at Glow Med Spa.

Absolutely! However, while we respect your desire to be with a particular treatment provider, we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness, vacations, and unforeseen schedule changes.

Spa Etiquette

In consideration of all Glow guests, we ask that you silence your cell phone when you are visiting the spa and please be respectful of others enjoying their treatments.

For the safety of children and the relaxation of our guests, we ask that patients do not bring children under the age of 12 with them to an appointment. 

Unsupervised children are not allowed to wait in the front lobby while the parent/guardian receives a service. Parents/guardians are also responsible for the behavior of the child at all times in order for Glow Med Spa to maintain our relaxed spa environment.


Facial: Our facials include a cleanse, hot steam infusion, exfoliation and extractions followed by a mask. Our facials are results focused but also provide a relaxing and pampering experience!

HydraFacial MD: A HydraFacial is a medical-grade resurfacing treatment that clears out your pores and provides intense hydration for your skin. It is a four step treatment that consists of a cleanse, exfoliation, extractions (for example, blemishes or blackheads if necessary), and hydration of your skin with serums that are infused into pores with the HydraPeel Tip, a pen-like device.

Our starter HydraFacial is our Get Glowing HydraFacial, which involves a deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions and then infusion of super serums into the skin. Our other HydraFacials build on this.

We offer dermaplaning. Dermaplaning is a safe, non-invasive procedure using a special blade and can be performed as a stand-alone manual microdermabrasion. It promotes smoother skin, including the removal of soft hair. The procedure is also specifically used to help fine lines and enhances the effectiveness of other skin care treatments such as facials and chemical peels by providing deeper product penetration.

Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that utilizes the dermal healing process to rejuvenate skin appearance and encourage fresh cell turnover. Results include tighter and firmer skin, reduced fine lines and wrinkles, and enhanced skin tone and texture.

Microneedling with PRP takes your results even further, PRP is also known as the ‘Vampire Facial’ and the process involves drawing blood from your arm, separating platelets and applying them back onto your face to promote faster healing and rejuvenation. While it may sound scary it’s actually very easy and has been a popular treatment with celebrities such as Kim Kardashion for a long time!

Broadband Light (BBL) Laser Therapy, also known as a photofacial, will restore your skin to its natural beauty, making it clearer, smoother, and more vibrant! BroadBand Light technology targets and treats various skin conditions such as acne, freckles, age spots, small blood vessels, rosacea, aging skin, loss of firmness, the list goes on! BBL is a noninvasive procedure so there is minimal downtime involved, and the treatment takes less than 15 minutes.

We have a Laser Day every two weeks, for Laser Therapy treatments along with Laser Tattoo Removal. 

We offer Laser Hair Removal services anytime during our regular schedule. 

Yes! We offer tattoo removal and utilize the VersaPulse laser which is perfect for removing any color tattoo on any skin type. The VersaPulse C cosmetic laser system combines four lasers in one system to treat all colors of tattoos.

How many laser treatments are required for tattoo removal?

This depends on size, location, depth, color, and the frequency in which the tattoo is treated. Treatments should be 8 weeks apart to allow your body to remove the maximum amount of targeted ink particles. A tattoo can usually be removed in 5 to 20 sessions depending on the factors mentioned above. The removal of any tattoo is a slow process by which your body’s immune system does the work.

What kind of results can you expect?

Most patients will see improvement in the appearance after the first treatment. Sometimes this improvement is dramatic, and sometimes it can be subtle. It takes time for the immune system to fully absorb the treated ink.

How much does tattoo removal cost?

Pricing is based on the size of the tattoo – the minimum price is $150 per treatment. Larger/multiple tattoos range from $350+ and are determined on a case by case basis.

The Glow Mini Lip is a perfect introduction to Lip Filler for those wanting to try it but are concerned with how it may look or cost. This method is buildable and you can always go back and add more!

Brow lamination is a technique used on the brows to create voluminous, full, feathery brows that are defined and yet natural looking. The treatment restructures the brow hairs to keep them in a desired shape for up to 4-6 weeks. Also includes brow shaping!

A lash lift is a safe and easy way to temporarily curl or straighten lashes! Elleebana brand Lash Lift offers an ultra-hydrating keratin treatment option that clients and professionals will love. Lash lifts and tints are a fantastic option for everyone who is interested in dark, luscious, and beautifully curled lashes with low-maintenance and minimal commitment.

We do not offer 1/2 syringes to prevent any possibility of contamination and to ensure the highest level of safety.

You can redeem your Glow Gift Card in-store on any services or products. 

To redeem your gift card on an online purchase, please give us a call so we can process this for you and provide you with a virtual code for checkout. 

Our Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Unfortunately we do not accept these for payment of services or products.
